Medina City Schools - Medina County Performing Arts Foundation (MCPAF) shares a partnership with the Medina City Schools.  The partnership developed in 1997 and 1998 with the initial charge of consulting on the working design for the performance spaces to be constructed on the high school site.  The partnership has worked to bring performers like The Brass Band of Columbus for the opening of the Main Stage Auditorium, Annaliesa Place (and the Julliard Piano Trio), during the 2002-2003 season, and the acclaimed Minneapolis male vocal ensemble "Cantus" during the 2003-2004 season for community and school audiences.  This year MCPAF, the Medina City Schools, and the Medina County Fine Arts Tour will be jointly presenting the Cavani String Quartet on May 6, 2005.  medina City Schools are also one of the member organizations that make up the Medina Collaborative, the partnership that produces the yearly summer musical.

Medina Chamber of Commerce - MCPAF is a non-profit member of the Medina Area Chamber of Commerce.

Medina Community Band - MCPAF and Medina Community Band (MCB) are working together to provide stage seating for the Broadway Street Hall.  MCB, one of the nation's oldest community bands, performs weekly concerts on Medina's Public Square as well as three to four indoor concerts each year.  MCB is "in residence" at MCPAF's Broadway Street Hall.

Medina County Commissioners - MCPAF and the County Commissioners worked together to renovate the auditorium in the County Administration Building.  That auditorium has become 480 seat Broadway Street Hall.  Both organizations have committed human resources and dollars to the realization of saving the space for presenting and meeting space.

Medina County Arts Council - MCPAF shared trustees and goals with Medina County Arts Council (MCAC) during the early years of the Foundation.  MCAC has encouraged MCPAFs efforts through assistance in consultation and grants.  Currently MCPAF is an active member of the MCAC and participates in many of its programs.

Medina County Art League - The Art League calls The Grace Drake Center for the Arts their home.  The group meets at The Drake monthly.  In addition, the partnership has encouraged The Art League's members to display two-dimensional visual arts works by its members in the Moxley Board Room.  Under the coordination of Art League members, a series of "sitting sessions" for artists has been created to provide opportunities to have community leaders sit for "life drawings."  Visual arts classes will also be offered through this partnership to both professional and amateur artists.

Medina County District Library - Many MCDL programs are held at The Drake allowing patrons greater opportunities to enjoy the offerings of the Library.  In addition, MCDL and MCPAF work together to market their programs to the community.  MCDL is a lead collaborator on the Children's Theatre Series, part of the Fred Hargrove Children's Theatre Initiative.

Medina County Show Biz Company - Show Biz participates in many joint programs with MCPAF, most significantly the Fred Hargrove Children's Theatre Initiative and the summer musical.  In addition, Show Biz performs in both the Drake Theatre and Broadway Street Hall.

Medina County Schools Educational Service Center Fine Arts Tours - MCPAF continues to partner with Medina County Schools' Fine Arts Tours (MCFAT) in the presenting of programs for their audiences.  Since the Foundation's beginning, co-productions of talent for community (through MCPAF) and schools (through MCFAT) have been undertaken.  American Family Theatre (1997-1998 season); Ragtimist Robert Milne (1999-2000 season); National Shakespeare Company (1999-2000 season); and the male vocal ensemble Cantus (2003-2004 season) have been presented through the partnership.

Ohio Arts Council For several years MCPAF has gratefully received funding from the OAC to support the performance series.  The 2004-2005 will benefit from such support.  Last year, MCPAF participated in the International Music and Performing Arts in Communities Tours (IMPACT) of the Ohio Arts Council by presenting The Eblen Macari Trio.  The purpose of these free concerts is to expose new audiences to art forms from around the world.

Ohio Arts Presenters Network - MCPAF has maintained a membership with this state-wide organization of performing arts presenters and artists since 2000.  Through the help of the Ohio Arts Presenters Network (OAPN), MCPAF has been able to secure grants to bring in consultants to advise them in renovation of their halls, marketing/advertisement, program development, and governance.

Weathervane Community Playhouse - MCPAF and Weathervane Community Playhouse (WCP) formed their partnership to bring instruction for children in drama/theatre under the guidance of the late Fred Hargrove (MCPAF trustee).  Fred's love was children's theatre and through his efforts the program was born just prior to his death in July of 2003.  The first "class" of the Fred Hargrove Children's Theatre began on September 27th, 2003 at The Drake and the expanded initiative continues into 2004-2005.
